ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS Refund requests may only be submitted after you have received your order. We do not accept refund requests for items that have not yet been delivered. Once you have received your product, you have 30 days to request a refund if: - The item is defective or damaged - The item does not match the description - You received the wrong item HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND 1. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. 4. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. REFUND PROCESS Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
